A Slice On The Streets

Famous Joe's aka The REAL Joe's aka Joe's Pizza located at 7 Carmine Street, between Bleecker and 6th Ave. Served by the slice, all ya need is the classic cheese or fresh muhtz. Crispy on the bottom, chewy and airy near the sweet sauce and salty cheese. Open late, ask Spiderman or Josh Hall.

((Imperial Books, Film Forum, Generation Records, Kim's Underground (RIP), Second Cumming, Other Music, Mondo Kim's (RIP Soon), et al.))

Never did have pizza in NY. Good to see the lovely boards keep flowing into the shop Mike. Just wondering if you've managed to ride the MC?
Say g'day to Chris for me.
All the best. Mick

both run by the same heads, with the corner locale having more traffic and fresher pies due to the frequency however it's all good at 7 carmine, 'cept the lines flow differently...
